-Each quilt is made to order and measures approximately 100cm x 130cm
-A minimum of 35 Baby clothes items or 10 Adult items or equivalent in fabric is needed
-Any item under 5 inches/12.7cm, is not suitable eg socks, bibs, beanies etc. Baby Leggings/Pants quite often have too many seams to use, if in doubt please reach out before purchase
-The quilt top and middle batting layer are quilted together in a diamond or straight stitch pattern
-Logos ideally need to be 4x4 inches/10cm in size or smaller unless specific parts of the logo is requested
-Cotton border and backing is available in Blue Check, Pink Check, Grey, White or Black
Before your quilt is finished, you will receive a photo of the layout that is planned, this will need to be approved before your quilt is completed
Personalization is free of charge and can either be added to the border, a front square or back

What is the process to have a Keepsake made?
Orders via flossyandco.com are limited and open from the 1st-7th of each month, only.
Orders can be placed directly through the listings via Etsy or Flossyandco.com
After your order is confirmed, I will send you an email/message with all further details, including my address. Photos of items, intended for the pieces, are also requested. These photos are very important to the design process, making sure that every item is suitable and able to be used before sending

How many items of clothing do I need?
Teddies require a minimum (35) Baby items or (10) Men's shirt or equivalent in fabric per quilt
What type of fabrics can I use?
Almost every fabric is able to be used with the exception of loose knits, lace and crochet
100% cottons and T-shirt Jersey materials are most popular
What if I don't have enough fabric?
If you are unable to send enough items/fabric, no problems! I have a massive selection of my own fabrics that we can pair, or we can even find the perfect fabrics together
For example, favorite sports teams, flowers, animals and colours can all be paired with loved one's clothing to create a unique Teddy

How do I get my items to you?
Either posting or drop off directly to me in Secret Harbour Western Australia. Postage costs to get your items to me, are not included
What happens to my items once they are with you?
Trusting a stranger with your precious items can be hard but please rest assured, they are very well looked after in my care
Once I receive the clothing/items, they are kept in their own, labeled, storage cubes until they are ready to be used
Most fabrics are reinforced with interfacing, making them a bit more durable and stable for their next life (denim, thick cottons and thick knits are not interfaced. Thick knits do produce a chubbier bear)
They are then cut and sewn into your new teddy, ready to come back home
Please note: I do not wash items. If items are heavily soiled, please wash before sending for hygiene purposed
Rush Orders and Christmas
I unfortunately do not offer rush orders at this stage but teddies for Angel Baby families and Young Children who have lost a parent, take priority
Christmas is a super busy time for all, if you are intending to have a teddy made in time for Christmas, please order by September
I cannot guarantee your order will be ready in time if ordered after September

I am local, am I able to pickup?
Yes absolutely. If you want to pick up from Flossy & Co directly, all postage fees will be refunded
